Refund and Return Policy – FRESHGO

At FRESHGO, we are committed to providing fresh and high-quality products. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, we have established a clear and transparent return and refund policy.


1. General Return Conditions

You can request a return or refund within 24 hours of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or deteriorated upon delivery.
  • The wrong product was delivered (different from what was ordered).
  • The product is expired or has a quality defect.

Exceptions:

  • Fresh and perishable products (fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged unless a quality issue is confirmed.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or consumed cannot be returned.
  • Returns due to a change of mind are not accepted.

2. Return Procedure

If your order meets the conditions mentioned above, follow these steps:

  3. After reviewing your request, our team will contact you to approve or deny the return.


3. Refund Conditions

If your refund request is approved, you may choose:

  • A full refund within 7 business days via the original payment method.
  • A store credit of an equivalent amount to be used on our website.
  • A product exchange, subject to availability.

Important Information:

  • Return shipping costs are covered by us if the error is from FRESHGO (damaged product, wrong delivery).
  • No refund will be issued if the return conditions are not met.

4. Cancellation conditions

Any order can be cancelled before it is shipped, by contacting our customer service by phone or email.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
In the event of a cancellation validated before shipping, the refund will be made within 7 working days via the same payment method used for the purchase.
If cancellation is requested after shipping, the delivery costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
